We propose to install 2 trenches and a 1000-gallon tank to serve the proposed 2- bedroom ADU residence and a 1250-gallon HDPE tank to serve a future 4-bedroom house. The design is based on the attached test hole conducted in 2005. An additional test hole will be performed prior to construction to verify groundwater levels and soil type. The property will be served by the proposed well as shown on the attached design. The slopes are moderate at 7-15% at the proposed upgrade location with no slopes >25% within 50’ down gradient.
