One test hole was excavated and found GP (poorly graded gravels) for the entire 18 foot depth with no water during excavation or after the 7-day monitoring period. The perc rate was measured at 2 min. per inch at elevation 4 feet. A simple gravity flow 4-bedroom system has been designed. This new leach field will be installed parallel to the contours as shown. A new 1250 gallon plastic tank will be installed with the 20 inch riser for access. The lot is large (2+ acres) and the soils are excellent see the attached soil log.
