The home will have a connection to the AWWU sewer system. The attached site plan identifies the location of the home as well as the proposed well, existing sewer main, and wells on adjacent lots. No conflicts exist between this well and any other well or septic system, whether on this lot or adjacent lots. The new system well will be a minimum of 100’ from nearby public sewer manholes and cleanouts, 75’ from the public sewer main, and 25’ from the private sewer service on this lot. The location of the private sewer stub on the adjacent Lot 6 is noted on this plan, and this well does not create a hardship in how that future private sewer service may run.
