We propose to install one shallow trench and 1500-gallon HDP deep-burial septic tank to serve the existing 3-bedroom residence. The design is based on the recent test hole conducted on April 30, 2025. No groundwater was observed at test hole excavation or monitoring. There were 2 wells on the property, and one had previously been filled in and above grade. Sullivan dug below grade, welded a plate and buried. A well decommissioning letter is forthcoming. The slopes are flat the proposed upgrade location. The lot and area are served by private water. The design will not impact any of the neighboring properties.
