Here is the information on the second well. We had this well drilled in search of water with less sediment for
our domestic water for our new home. Unfortunately, the well is currently low production and there is no
waterline established to the home from this well. We have not completely written this well off and may
further explore deeper. We do not currently have a pump in the well and we do not have a water quality
test. We do not plan to decommission this well as we have spent over 15k to have this well drilled and I am
not willing to fill it with concrete and waste that much money. I am asking for us to have the term of the
permit to further produce a new as -built to include this well location if we choose to keep it along with
obtaining a pump.

Two wells have been drilled on this property. need water quality results for both of them. I only received water
quality results for WELL MAIN LINE. Which well is this?
Pump togs or well logs were not provided to me for either well.
Survey as built only shows one well on the property. what happened to the other one? Need to justify that both
welts meet separation to the new field. Need a new survey as built.

You note that groundwater was observed at 6.8' BGL on your record drawing. The soil log provided to us at time of
permitting reported that water was observed at 8'9" below grade in Oct. why the difference?

encroachment into the Right of Way Reserve, Utility, Public Use, or Drainage Easement, and
ROW is not enforcing it at this time. Should the encroaching item(s) need moving or the

The owner plans to construct a 4‐bedroom single family home on the vacant property. All of the
surrounding properties have been developed.
Well: The design locates the proposed well near the south property line. This location is greater than 100‐
feet from the proposed on‐site septic system. There are no known existing septic systems on adjacent
properties within 150‐feet of the proposed location. The adjacent property due south of the proposed
well location will continue to have adequate space if needed for a future drainfield upgrade.
Septic System: The design specifies a 1250‐gallon septic tank, and locates the drainfield in native sandy
soil found on the northeast side of the property. The 7‐day groundwater elevation in October 2023 was
at 8.8‐feet below ground level.
The proposed well and septic systems, if constructed as designed;
Will satisfy all code required horizontal and vertical separation distances,
Will not cause any probable adverse impacts to adjacent properties,
Will not negatively impact existing wells and septic systems on adjacent properties,
Will not be adversely affected by potential drainage that could flow onto and off of the subject
property.
