The well has been drilled as shown on the new site plan. The owner would like to delete the STEP tank system for a gravity flow system. This new system is located greater than 50 feet from a slope greater than 25% on the north side of the lot and will not impact any of the neighbors or encroach on any wells, septic or open water issues.
