The construction was delayed due to weather and design constraints for the house and will serve the proposed 2-bedroom house. The existing parameters on site have not changed from the original application and permit. The adjacent lots to the North and West are developed and are served by private wells and septics. There is no surface water within 100' of the proposed tank and field. There are no septic systems within 100 feet of the proposed well. The new tank and field will be outside any protective well radii. We do not expect there to be any adverse effect on adjacent lots by the development of this tank and field.
