Well & Septic Feasibility Study
Dear On -Site Services Engineer:
The owner of the above lot intends to subdivide it into two smaller lots, Corina Subdivision Lots
1 and 2. We have investigated the lots and would like to provide the following information.
The properties are each able to support septic systems, and there are approved permits available
for each lot. These permits each show the proposed plans of the lots including contours, wetlands,
drainage features and water bodies on each property as well as surrounding properties. The permits
also show existing wells and septic systems on adjacent lots and demonstrate adequate separation
distances from proposed wells and septic systems as well as the alternate sites. Both systems have
been constructed and the permits are in the process of being closed out.
Well and nitrate information was investigated for the surrounding properties and is collected in
table on the next page. There are no properties within 250' with nitrate levels recorded above
5mg/L, and the surrounding wells indicate that there is enough capacity in the aquifer to support
wells on each of the proposed properties without causing significant problems with the flow rates
of the existing wells.
