We propose to install 2 shallow trenches, and 1500-gallon epoxy steel tank possibly anchored to serve the proposed 4-bedroom residence. Very rapid percolating – accepting soils were encountered excavating both test holes & attached is a sieve analysis. Type II and MOA sand will be installed prior to the effective depth as noted on the design. The design is based on the attached test holes conducted recently in May 2025. Groundwater was observed at excavation & monitoring of both test holes. The property will be served by the proposed private well as shown on the design. The slopes are steep from above, but very moderate at 0-5% at the proposed septic absorption field location. The lot and area are served by private water.
