Registered Civil Engineer Q RECEIVED JUL 2 61994 Municipality of Anchor a Dept Health & Human Services After your telephone call Friday, July 22, 1994, we have excavated another test hole above our original TH#3 to determine water table depth at a high elevation that will still allow gravity feed to our primary system. Our results are shown on the attached soil log for TH#4. This test hole with a water table level of 7.5' will allow the design of a 5' wide system at 1.5' total depth with a length of 130.5'. The replacement area shown previously is now the well location and the new replacement area is now located around TH#3, which would require a trench length of 150' with filter sand placement. Our levels taken July 19, 25 & 27 1994 show a water table level of 6.3' for TH#3, and I don't believe this level would exceed 4' on a yearly high, making this a suitable replacement area. The area over the drainfield is to be finish graded to prevent ponding of surface water runoff. Seeding is required if mounded. 7. The septic tank and leachfield must not be closer than 100' to any existing private well, 150' to any Class "C" well, or 200 feet to any community well. The surrounding lots are large, allowing sufficient room for septic sites. 2. Adjacent properties are vacant. 3. Reserve space is adequate, due to absorption capacity and lot size. 4. Drainage will not be affected and is not a major consideration in our design. 5.
