On the design drawings, it was stated that a C/O and MT be installed at the end of the southwest portion of the existing trench. During the installation of the new septic tank, a new cleanout and monitoring tube were installed on the trench (as required by the permit). As can be seen on the attached drawing, the trench runs southwest and encroaches upon the previously proposed trench. Based upon this fact, a change order is required. On the attached drawing, the location of the new IM -1530 infiltrator septic tank is shown in addition to the existing trench and the proposed deep trench. We are requesting that your department allow for previously granted waivers (1' to lot line and 10" to existing trench), be "transferred" to the newly proposed drainfield.
