Granting of this waiver is justified since the existing field (new field installed in the same location) had been in operation since 1983 with no known issues or ill effects to the adjacent property and it is anticipated that the field will not impact the neighboring property. We propose to install one deep trench and 1500 -gallon STEP tank to serve the existing 3 -bedroom property. The design is based on the application rate and groundwater monitoring of area soils. The closest testhole data 35' to the north on Lot 22 showed SW 1.2GPD rated soils to 20' with no groundwater observed. MOA record documents for the Lot 31 to the NE of the subject property had the same soils. No groundwater was observed in area testhole groundwater monitoring. The slopes are flat at the proposed upgrade location. The lot and adjacent lots are served by shared private water wells located on the adjacent Lot 24 & 21 as shown on the design and the waterline serving the residence will be located prior to construction.
