The Environmental Services Division, On -Site Services Section has reviewed the following cases and has these comments: S -9907S Sasquatch Subdivision. This subdivision is to be served by on-site water and wastewater systems, and the supporting information does not satisfy the requirements specified by AMC 21.15 and 15.65. Specific deficiencies include, but may not be limited to: 1. Inadequate soils testing, percolation testing and ground water monitoring to confirm suitability for development using on-site wastewater disposal systems. 2. Areas designated for the original and replacement wastewater disposal system sites must be identified and must meet all criteria specified in AMC 15.65. 3. Supporting documentation on water availability must be provided.
