Following any work performed within the Easement Area, Grantee shall restore the surface of Lot 22A-4 to substantially the same condition that existed prior to the work, including soil grading, vegetation replacement, and debris removal. Grantee shall indemnify and hold harmless Grantor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Grantee's use of the Easement Area or maintenance of the septic system, except for damages caused by Grantor's negligence or intentional misconduct.
