SEPTIC TANK REQUIREMENTS We propose to remove the existing tank after it has been pumped. The tank will be decommissioned and buried onsite. A new 1,500 plastic septic tank will be installed in roughly the same location as the old one adjusting for the deck. The deck is less than thirty inches above the surrounding ground proposed is a five foot separation The tank shall be covered with a minimum of 2" MOA approved insulation and 3' of cover or a minimum of 4' of cover without insulation. DRAIN FIELD CONNECTION We are proposing to connect the existing building service line to the new septic tank and to the existing outlet line as determined in the field due to the lack of record drawings. SURFACE WATERS There is no surface water within 100 feet of the proposed tank. Drainage arrows on the site plan indicate the slope and direction of stormwater runoff. (See attached site plan) WELLS & DRINKING WATER There are no water wells within 100 feet of the proposed tank. The property is served by a private well. The Surrounding properties are served by Valli Vue public water.
