Box 196650 Anchorage, AK 99519 Re: Proposed Johnson Heights Subdivision Phase 2 Dear Mr. Cross: On behalf of our client, Preston Johnson, we are submitting information necessary for the further review and approval of this 5 lot subdivision as per the platting approval checklist. LOTI. There is an existing 3 bedroom house and undocumented leachfield on this lot. The owner obtained a permit but there is no inspection report on file. We have performed an adequacy test with the attached satisfactory results. A test hole was then excavated to a depth of 6' below the system, monitored and a test hole log is attached. The system was then excavated into to determine the size and the tank pumped. The system is documented on the attached paperwork. A hill was leveled to provide the necessary reserve area which would be a trench system with 5' of gravel 38' long. LOT 2. Reserve area is shown on the attached drawing for lot 2 with an area of 11,900 SF at <25%. LOT 3. Reserve area is shown on the attached drawing for lot 3 with an area of+12,000 SF at<25%. LOT 4. The existing house has a documented septic system, we have shown a possible reserve area on this lot utilizing the existing soil log of record. LOT 5. Reserve area is shown on the attached drawing for lot 5 with an area of +10,000 SF at<25%. There are 2 wells in this subdivision, one well on lot 1 is logged at 10 GPM, the other on Lot 4 is logged at 8 GPM. There is a greenhouse on the lot adjacent that obtains all the operational water from a well supply. I believe there is adequate evidence of the availability of water supply.
