We are proposing to install a 1250 gallon septic tank and dual 5 -wide trench type drainfields. Two test hole were excavated on the property. The drainfield will be designed around the 30 foot radii of these test holes. Comments regarding the design are summarized as follows: 1. SOILS: See the attached logs which shows the soil classifications, groundwater monitoring, and the percolation test results. It is our opinion that an application rate of 0.6 gallons/day/ft' should be used. 2. TRENCH DESIGN: a. Percolation Rate: 17.1 & 10 minutes/inch b. Proposed Application Rate: 0.6 gallons/day/ft c.
