Box 196650 Anchorage, AK 99519-6650 RE: Stuckagain Heights, Blk 2, Lot 6 Septic Tank Replacement To Whom It May Concern: Attached please find an application to install a new 1000 gallon HDPE septic tank at the referenced 3 bedroom house in Anchorage. The existing tank was installed without a permit. In conjunction with the sale of the property, the tank was exposed and found to have holes in it. It is proposed to remove it and bury it on site. The new tank will be placed more than 150 ft away from the Class C well serving Lots 6 and 7 and more than 100 ft from any private well or surface water. The crib was exposed on June 30, 2004 and found to be in acceptable condition, as per Dan Roth. Documentation of the crib will be provided with the application for the Health Authority Approval. 1 am not aware of any adverse effect that this upgrade would have on any adjacent properties' water and wastewater treatment needs. Lots 6 and 7 are currently being re -platted to move the lot line. The petition, S11232-1, was approved, with a requirement to upgrade the septic systems to meet Municipality of Anchorage standards.
