Approval of the vacation of the sanitary sewer easement referenced in plat note #3 of
Plat 98-128 subject to:
I. Resolving with AW WU the locations of any relocated mains.
2. Resolving with AW WU the need to provide easements for all ezlsting and proposed
mains.
3. Obtaining agreements and approved plans for all new mains and on -property
services from AW WU.
4. Resolving with AW WU how water and sanitary sewer services will be provided to Lot
IA of Olday Subdivision.
Approval of the plat subject to:
1. Resolving Utility easements.
2. Carrying over plat notes from underlying plat 98-125 and eliminating plat note
#3 regarding the Sanitary Sewer Easement
3. Drawing the plat at a scale of 1' = 100'.
