The On -Site Water & Wastewater Program has reviewed the following cases and has these
comments:

The existing on-site wastewater system serving this property is not permitted and
has not been approved by this department. Prior to the approval of this request,
the applicant must take necessary action to bring this unapproved system into
compliance with on-site water and wastewater disposal regulations. Reserve
requirements also apply.
