Approval of the plat for 18 months subject to the following conditions:
Resolving utility easements.
Correcting the street name to the north to °E. 691h Avenue'.
3. Dedicating additional right-of-way for a hammer head turn around and
construct''/] of a hammerhead turnaround at the south end of Rosewood
Street.
4. Dedicating an additional 15 feet (45 feet total) of right-of-way for Rosewood
Street or obtain a variance from the Platting Board.
Entering into a subdivision agreement with Private Development for the
required road improvements and for the installation of monumentation, street
lighting, drainage facilities, and utilities as prescribed by AMC 21.85.030.
S-11212 Right -of -Way Acquisition Plat Intersection Improvements
Approval of the plat for 18 months subject to the following condition:
Resolving with the Planning Department, the issue of the remnant parcel of
land on the north cast corner of Minnesota Drive and West 291h Avenue, which
does not meet the required minimum lot width of 50 feet.
