Approval of the request to vacate the west 17 feet of the east 50 foot BLM right-of-way easement along the east property boundary and approval the vacation of the 50 foot BLM right-of-way easement along the south property boundary subject to filing a suitable replat within 18 months. The vacation request has been reviewed in accordance with the Municipal Vacation Policy and ordinance and is found to meet the vacation policy guidelines and Municipal ordinance. b. Knik Vista Street is designated a Class IB Neighborhood Collector on the Official Streets and Highways Plan requiring a 35 -foot from centerline right-of-way width. A 33 -foot dedicated right-of-way is currently provided. Dedication of an additional 2 feet for Knik Vista Street right-of-way is required for the recording of the plat for proposed Zed Subdivision. The Municipal standard for right-of-way will be met with the additional dedication for Knik Vista Street. C. The west 17 feet of the 50 -foot BLM easement along the east property boundary is found to be excess to Municipal need for right-of-way. If the BLM easement on the lot to the west has been vacated and if the Municipal Traffic Department determines that right- of-way is not required for future road construction of Grasser Lane extended, the full 50 -foot width of the BLM easement can be vacated as it will have been determined to be excess to the Municipal need for right-of-way. 2.
