Box 102954 ge, Alaska, 99510 )071272-8218 Fax My firm was asked to investigate a new septic system serving this lot. Two test holes were excavated on April of 2002 on the lot. The soils report and a percolation test resultare attached. The tests were conducted by another engineer as part of the subdivision and should be on record with your department. No bedrock was encountered in the test hole. No ground water was encountered while digging the test holes I monitored the water level on May 15h of this year and found the holes to be dry. The lot is approximately 71,060 square feet in size. Lot 4 slopes to the northwest at approximately ten percent in the area of the test holes and steeper to the south. The proposed installation will be located on thenorthem portion of the lot. The proposed private well will be located in the southwestern portion of the lot. The proposed location is greater than 100 feet away from existing & neighboring wells and 25 feet from the water service lines. The surrounding wells are located greater than 100 feet from the proposed installation. The proposed installation will not affect the future &bvelopment of the surrounding or existing lots.
