Location Map Centerpoint ERSH has been preliminary approved to subdivide two parcels of land into one tract of land. Tract 1 will be approximately 65,340 square feet in size and served by public sewer. The proposed public sewer mainline extension is shown in Attachment A. To meet AWWU tariff, the developer is required to extend public sewer for the full lot frontage. This combined with the existing design constraints results in setting a manhole within the existing 100' well radii of Walter G. Pippel Block 4 Lot 3. The current septic tank has failed-the trench still functions. This lot is near an acre and served by an existing well. No adverse impacts are expected from tank replacement.The easements are depicted on the lot.The slope is indicated in the area of the septic system.No conflicts to neighbor properties.
