Site plans are enclosed for your review. While each of these lots will be served by AW WU public sewer, no public water main is available. The proposed well sites have been selected to achieve a separation distance of greater than 100 feet from any public sewer line or manhole, and to maintain a separation distance of greater than 25 feet from their private sewer service lines. The proposed project will have no significant impact on present or future water supply and wastewater disposal systems serving adjacent properties, nor will it have any significant impact on reserved space -surface and subsurface, or on drainage.
