4. From October 15 to April 15, a subsurface soil absorption system under construction during freezing weather
must be either: A. Open and closed on the same day.
B. Covered, sealed, and heated to prevent freezing.
5. The following special provisions.
THE DRAINFIELD LENGTH IS REQUIRED TO BE NO LESS THAN 42 FEET LONG.

To Whom it may concern:
This is a request for a new septic and well permit. The lot is a 2.5 acres located off Upper Huffman
and Ginami. The test hole excavation had water at 6 feet with the soils consisting of silty sandy grave for
the full depth.
s6li-at12 ft=. The pert was 44 minutes per inch at elevation 3'. The new system has been designed
as a Advantex AX -20 due to the slow pert and the small area which will supporting the leach field.
The lot is almost flat except for the southeast side where the septic system will be installed. The slight
rise in elevation on this end of the lot had the best soils for a septic system. All other locations had high
water and poet then tight silts under that, which is not acceptable. Given these perimeters the Advantex
system was chosen. Given the large lot size this new system will not impact the neighboring systems.
The lot is large, 2.5 acres, and all of the wells have been shown for your review. The slope near the
house is flat, then increases to about 5 to 10 % at the southeast corner.
