1. Resolving utility easements.

The On -Site Water & Wastewater Program has reviewed the following cases and has
these comments:
S-11226-1 Sly -Fox Subdivision
No objections.
S-11227-1 Thomas L. Boyle Subdivision
No objections.
S-11231-1 Wonder Park #4
No objections.

The water and wastewater disposal systems serving these properties have not been
permitted nor approved by the MOA. Prior to approval of this request, these
systems must be shown to meet municipal standards.

notes regarding access.

Return for redesign and modification to address the following:
1. Utility easements.
2. Resolving with On -Site Water & Wastewater Program that the disposal
systems serving these properties meet Municipal standards, as they have
not been permitted nor approved by the Municipality.
3. Providing an as -built survey to Zoning Code Compliance to ensure
compliance with yard setbacks with regards to the new lot configuration.
4. Configuring the proposed lots to make proposed Lot 7A more usable.
5. Ensuring that the lot configurations do not necessitate any zoning
variances.
6. Resolving the need for a side yard variance for the side yard on proposed
Lot 7A.
