The proposed systems will serve a proposed s' - edroom house. The lot is approximately 69,347 square feet (1.592 acres) in size. The existing well is constructed in the southeast corner of the lot. 1. Soils. See the attached soils log. Ground water was monitored through the seasonal high period of 2002. Ground water was measured in the monitor at a depth of fifteen feet below ground surface. Bedrock was not encountered in the test hole. It is my opinion that the overall soils appearance of the soils, an application rate of 0.1 H gallons/day/square feet should be used using a standard treatment system. 2. Trench Design. a. Surface Water: There is no surface water within 100 feet of the proposed system. 4. Topography: The average topography in the area of the proposed septic system is approximately 15-20 percent in the area of the SAS. 5. Future Upgrade Area: I am proposing that the primary field be installed at this time. I have shown the proposed location on the site plan. The proposed installation will not affect the future development of the surrounding or existing lots. There are no wells or septic systems within 100 feet of the proposed well location or of the proposed septic location. The Owner is an experienced contractor currently working for a local construction company. He will install his own septic system.
