On December 2, 2002 one testhole was performed on Lot 3 for the proposed system. The results of this test are attached. The general slope of this lot is from southeast to northwest at a grade of approximately 3-8%. We have designed our system utilizing the existing testhole that was excavated for the existing 2 -bedroom house on Lot 2. We propose to install an AdvanTex Orenco Package System. This system will be manufactured by Anchorage Tank & Welding to meet Orenco Systems, Inc. latest design criteria and in accordance to MOA requirements. The Drainfield Design is based on the following: • 2 -Bedroom Design Flow: 300 gpd • Percolation Rate: <1 min/inch • Application Rate: 3 gpd/sf • Minimum Absorption Area: 100 sf • Effective Absorption Area: 100 sf (5' wide by 20' long) • Effective Depth Below Pressurized Distribution Pipes: 0.5' Potable water for an individual storage tank will serve Lot 2, located in the crawl space.
