The test hole excavation found silty Sand with some gravel pockets for the full depth of 18 feet. The perc test was done at elevation 5 feet with a rate of 5.5 minutes per inch. No water was observed during the excavation or after the 7 day waiting period. This new system will be a deep trench with 7 foot effective and 54 foot length. The lots slopes gently to the northwest at about 2 percent. All the neighboring lots are developed with functioning on-site systems. This new system will not encroach on any of the neighboring systems or affect future development of their lots due to this upgrade.
