We are proposing that a 1500 gallon S.T.E.P. tank and a bed type drainfield be installed. Three test holes where excavated by Pannone Engineering Services on 3/16/2000. The drainfield will be designed around the 30 foot radius of Pannone's test hole #2. Comments regarding the design are summarized as follows: 1. SOILS: See the attached logs which shows the soil classifications, groundwater monitoring, and the percolation test results. 2. DRAINFIELD DESIGN: Sec attached design drawing for drain field specifications. 3. SURFACE ~VATERS: There are no surface waters within 100 feet of thc proposed septic system. 4. TOPOGRAPHY: As can be seen on the attached design drawing the average topography in the area of the proposed drainfield is a I-5 percent slope running approximately east to west.
