The septic tank was pumped and verified to have a capacity of 750.' gallons. The seepage pit.was charged with 1000 gallons of fresh water and after a period of 24 hours 833 gallons had percolated out of the crib. It can be concluded from the above test that the waste water disposal system serving the two bedroom residence located on this property is currently functioning adequately. Sue McKechnie MR 4 1972 Environmental Control Officer SUBJECT: Complaint in Deborah Subdivision BORO:�(•!)n:TORNU Eagle River This Department has received a complaint from a D.L. Stanford who resides in Deborah Subdivision. Stanford's complaint is that two neighbors' semi-public wells do not meet semi-public well distances and is in violation of Borough Ordinance No. 28-68, Sewage Disposal Practices. Attached is a diagram of three homes showing the sewer systems in relation to the well in question. The well is owned jointly by owners of Lot 6A and Lot 4A. The well was drilled and sewer systems installed prior to our Borough Ordinance coming into effect in 1968. A water sample was obtained by this Department from the well and tested by the State Lab with satisfactory results.
