Both existing lots in this proposed subdivision have on-site water and wastewater disposal systems that have not been permitted nor approved by the MOA. Prior to approval of this request, all systems must be shown to meet municipal requirements and must receive municipal approval. S-11242-1 Seaview Heights. No objections provided all development is served by public sewer and water. S-11243-1 North Slope— Eklund Subdivision. The existing L2 B1 Eklund Subdivision has on-site water and wastewater disposal systems that have not been permitted nor approved by the MOA. Prior to approval of this request, all systems must be shown to meet municipal requirements and must receive municipal approval. S-11244-1 Maxwell Subdivision -42. The existing Lot 99 has on-site water and wastewater disposal systems that have not been permitted nor approved by the MOA. Prior to approval of this request, all systems must be shown to meet municipal requirements and must receive municipal approval.
