Approval of the vacation of a portion of the 20 -foot utility easement, which
dissects the west 1/3 of the property north and south, except for a 10 -foot
y 20 -foot portion at the north end of Lot 10, as requested by Chugach
ectric Company. Although a letter of non -objection from GCI Cable was
su mitted with the application, the petitioner must resolve with GCI the
co ent made on the preliminary plat which states: "GCI cannot
appr ve the vacation of easement. GCI has facilities located in it. The
owner 's responsible for the entire job of relocating these facilities before
we can 'approve it".
Approval of the plait for 18 months subject to the following conditions:
1. Resolving uti y easements.
2. Correct the vi in' map to delete Bragaw Street from Abbott Road.
3. Correct the title blo k information to reflect the correct grid number
(2240).
4. Correct the spelling for a subdivision name (McCready Meadows).
5. Change the lot number deNignation from 10 to 10A to show subsequent
platting action on this parc6l for future reference.

SUBJECT: Comments on Cases due June 9, 2005
The On -Site Water & Wastewater Program has reviewed the following cases and has
these comments:
S11376-1 McCready Meadows Subdivision
No objection
S11378-1 K T Square Subdivision
No objection
CS11379 -1' U SSurvey3044Lot36C&36D
A permit to drill water wells must be obtained from this office before they
are constructed for each proposed lot. Each proposed lot will connect to
public sewer.
S11381-1 Anchorage Original Townsite
No objection
S11382-1 Bradley Subdivision
Information to satisfy the requirements specified by AMC 21.15, AMC
15.55 and AMC 15.65 must be submitted for each lot within this proposed
subdivision. This information must include, but may not necessarily be
limited to:
1. Soils testing, percolation testing, and ground water monitoring must be
conducted to confirm the suitability for development using on-site
wastewater disposal systems. Ground water monitoring must be
conducted during high ground water season in either the fall (October) or
spring (April -May).
