APPROVAL of the plat for 18 months subject to:
1. Resolving utility easements.
2. Show a 40 foot from ' centerline development
setback on the plat. Show the development
setback on the plat. Provide a plat note
indicating that yard setbacks are measured from
the development setback, in accordance with
AMC 21.45.140.C.
3. Resolve with the MOA Trails Coordinator and
Street Maintenance ROW to increase the size of
the Upper Huffman -ROW to accommodate a
planned trail identified in the 1997 Areawide
Trails Plan and maintain consistency with the
Official Streets and Highways Plan.

On 11/5/03, a motion to reconsider this case was
approved. On 12/3/03 a request by the petitioner to

approved.
The Platting Board approved the preliminary plat with
variance and vacation requests as follows:
APPROVAL of the request for a variance from AMC
21.80.300 (3:1 lot depth to width ratio).
