The lot size is 2.5 acres, typical for the area and the lot to the south is vacant. The test hole excavation revealed silty gravel (GM) for the full depth of 17 feet, with no water observed during the 7 day monitoring period. The perc rate was 10 minutes per inch at elevation —4 feet. The existing well is difficult to find because its located below grade near the from entry. All the lot has a gentle slope of about 1 to 3 percent from the east to the west, as shown on the plan.
