The lot is currently undeveloped, the owner wishes to construct a 3 bedroom single family residence. System: A 1000 gallon septic tank with a shallow trench absorption field. The absorption field will be 60 feet long, 5 feet wide and contain 3 feet of sewer rock. Soils: Two test holes were excavated on June 261', 2008. See the attached soil logs. Ground water was monitored through July 3'a, 2008. Ground water was observed at 12.5 feet below the ground surface in test hole 42. Surface Water: There arc no surface waters within 100 feet of either the proposed septic system area or the reserve site. Topography: The lot slope to the west. Above the septic system area the slopes exceed 25 %. The septic system will be constructed on a bench with a slope of approximately 20%. There are no slopes that exceed 25% down grade of the drain field with in 50 feet. Waivers: No waivers arc required. The installation of this septic system will not prevent wells and septic systems from being installed on the adjacent lots. The proposed septic system will not change the general slope of the area.
