4. From October 15 to April 15, a subsurface soil absorption system under construction during freezing weather must either:
A. Open and Close on the same day.
B. Covered, sealed, and heated to prevent freezing.

The existing mobile home is connected to the neighboring well (Lot 16) without documentation. We are
proposing to drill a private well to serve the subject property. See attached design drawings.
We are unaware of any adverse impacts this installation would have on adjacent wells or septic systems.
