The owner of this lot is in the process of obtaining a land use permit and has decided to install a vault privy to forego the associated costs of excavation and soil analysis. The owner is aware that this permit will not allow her to drill a well and that potable water will be brought to the site. She is also aware that any gray water will need to be disposed of properly off site. There is no surface water within 100' of the proposed system and there are no known curtain drains within 50'.
