We are therefore requesting a permit be issued for the construction of a new septic system to accommodate the home. The attached Site Plan and backup documentation identify the location and configuration of the proposed septic system along with the alternate site and the existing well on the lot. No existing wells or septic systems are closer than 100' from the proposed well or septic system. The Drainage arrows are shown on the site plan showing the grade and direction of flow on the lot. We have therefore redesigned the absorption trench to reflect the slower rate. We have also moved the trench to save a stand of trees in the southwest corner of the lot. The placement of the absorption trench at the revised location will not impact adjacent wells. The septic tank will remain at the original designed location.
