The owner is proposing to build a 4 bedroom house that will be served by a private well and septic system. We are proposing to install a 1250 gallon septic tank and a dual 5 -wide trench type drainfields. Attached are a site plan and a design drawing showing the proposed septic system. Two test holes were excavated on the property. The drainfield will be designed around the 30 foot radii of these test holes. Comments regarding the design are summarized as follows: 1.
