The owner is proposing to build a 1 bedroom house (for summer use only) that will be served by a privy. The privy will be constructed as shown on the attached design drawing. The pit-run backfill around the perimeter of the privy will adequately support the base of the structure° Attached are a site plan and a design drawing showing the proposed privy. The drainfield will be designed around the 30 foot radius of test hole #2. Comments regarding the design are summarized as follows: 1. SOILS: See the attached log which shows the soil classifications, groundwater monitoring, and the percolation test resultsl 2. DRAINFIELD DESIGN: See attached design drawing for privy specifications~ 3. SURFACE WATERS: There are no surface water concerns. 4.
