The soils consisted of silty gravel for the entire 10 foot depth. Both test holes were monitored through the spring high water period and the highest water level measured in either test hole was -5.5 feet. The perc rate was measured at 3 minutes. The new leach field design consists of a 5 wide trench with 12 inches of drain rock installed just below the organic cover. The new test holes are numbered 3 & 4 on the site plan. The Steve Pannone system on Lot TI 2N R3W SEC 27 LT 2 S2 has been installed to the east. There are no public or private wells within 200 feet of the proposed system location. There is neither surface water within 100 feet nor any known curtain drains within 50 feet of the proposed system. None of this development will have any adverse effect on the adjacent lots.
