The test hole material consisted of poorly graded sandy gravel, SM for 7 feet, then changing to tight blue silts below that with water observed at 7 feet during excavation and the same after the 7 day monitoring period. The perc rate was 2 minutes per inch. A 1250 gallon lift station has been shown4~o pump the effluent up to the 15' x 40' bed system. The slope of the lot is a very shallow slope from east t~ west at about 2 to 3 percent. There are no public or private wells within 200 feet of the proposed/system location. There is neither surface water within 100 feet nor any known curtain drains within 5{0 feet of the proposed system.
