4. From October 15 to April 15, a subsurface soil absorption system under construction during freezing weather must either:
A. Open and Close on the same day.
B. Covered, sealed, and heated to prevent freezing.

Ref: Proposed Initial Septic System for Robin Hill Estates #3; Block 4, Lot 7
To whom it may concern:
The referenced property is currently vacant. The owner is proposing to build a 4 bedroom house that will
be served by a private well and septic system. We are proposing to install a 1500 gallon septic tank and a
deep trench type drainfield. Attached are a site plan and a design drawing showing the proposed septic
system. Two test holes were excavated on the property. The drainfield will be designed around the 30
foot radii of these test holes. Comments regarding the design are summarized as follows:
1. SOILS: See the attached logs which show the soil classifications, groundwater monitoring, and the
percolation test results.
2. DRAINFIELD DESIGN: See attached design drawing for drainfield specifications.
3. SURFACE WATERS: There are no surface water concerns.
4. TOPOGRAPHY: As can be seen on the attached design drawing the area around the drainfield is
relatively flat. There is a cutbank of 25%+ to the southwest corner of the lot but is 50'+ from the proposed
septic system area. In short, there are no slope concerns.
We are unaware of any adverse impacts this installation would have on adjacent wells or septic systems.
