A test hole was excavated at the northwest corner and found silty -sandy gravels, SM/GM for the entire 18 foot depth. No water was observed during the excavation or after the 7 day monitoring period. The perc rate was measured at 25 minutes per inch. As can be seen from the site plan we are requesting a lot line waiver alone the north property line. Please be aware that I have purchased lot 4 & 5, so you don't need to notify anyone. The new system will consist of a 63 foot deep trench for both the primary and secondary system, see the site plan. Several surrounding lots are vacant, but they will not be impacted by this new 4 bedroom system. The slope is flat as you enter the lot, then gradually slopes down about 10 percent to the northwest with no cut banks or open water with 200 feet. Please call me if you have any questions.
