Two test holes were excavated in the back yard area near the north property line. The soils consisted of poorly graded silty sands SM/SP with layers of clean sand mixed between. The perc rote was measured at 21 minutes per inch with no water observed during or after the excavation period. With this perc rote the trench system will consist of a single trench 84 feet long, with 9 feet of effective depth. The slopes are very gentle especially along the north side of the property area with no cut banks or slopes greater than 25 percent. The contours on the site plan are two foot typical.
