This system is designed to previous soils information. Soils will be verified prior to construction. Good soils exist in the area. A proposed well is sited. If there is need for additional information or clarification please give mc a call. Thanks-Steve iX THRIM , ,: I ~<~[?EERING PE.: o2,s-: ' "' 7B, Block 2 ,_ '..'Upper Eagle River Estates, Lot Wastewater System Sizing: This is a proposed 4-bedroom, single family home. Most of the neighboring lots are developed. A test hole was completed in 1984 that is the basis for design. New test holes will be completed during construction to verify the soils. These lots are large and are served by private wells. No adverse impacts are expected from development. No conflicts to the other lots will take place by this septic system construction. The lot easement is located on the dxawing and is not encroached upon. Previous soil tests reveal poorly graded gravel. An application rate of 125 FTZ/Bedroom is being used. 125 FT2/Bedroom x 4 Bedrooms = 500 FT2, Trench Length = 500 FTV 5~ x 0.5 reduction = 50'; 1 line ~ 50'. Soil and groundwater will be verified prior to construction. Groundwater monitoring may take place during construction.
