RE: SEPTIC SYSTEM UPGRADE PERMIT
LEGAL: T12N R4W SEC 10 PARCEL 21 7634 WANDERING DRIVE
The property owner has requested we obtain a permit to upgrade the failed and unknown septic
system from the Borough Days of the above referenced lot. We propose to install one deep
trench and 1500-gallon tank to serve the existing 5-bedroom residence. The design is based on
the recent test hole conducted on April 25, 2022. Soils encountered were typical Sand Lake
sand with a little silt and no groundwater was observed at test hole excavation or monitoring.
The slopes are moderate at 15%+/- at the proposed upgrade location. The lot and area are served
by private water. The design will not impact any of the neighboring properties. Please contact

(ug/L). The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established a maximum
