A site plan, design drawings, and specifications are enclosed for your review The owner of the lot would like to avoid the costs of an 6nsite wastewater system, at this tune. The owner is aware that this permit will not allow him to drill a well until he installs an approved water- carded sewage disposal system. He plans to utilize potable water transported to the site. The owner is also aware that any gray water must be collected and disposed of properly off-site The topography of the lot slopes at approximately 25% to the east. The privy will be located just below the proposed cabin location. The proposed privy shall be located 100 feet from any surface water. The installation of this privy will not prevent wells and septic systems fi.om being installed on the adjacent lots. The location of the privy will allow for the future installation of a watm' supply and wastewater system on this lot, should the owner choose. The proposed septic system will not change the general slope of the area. Ponding and/or concentration of surface runoff will not result from this installation.
